Hi, regarding the Citizens Project listing in the QRD:

I'm the person who used to distribute the CP newsletter to the net.  Because
we have changed our focus (WRT to net usage, we are now in a research mode
in which we are combing Christian mailing lists, BBSes, etc. from private
accounts), we terminated our citizens@cscns.com account and are distributing
only paper copies of our newsletter.  (boo-hoo!)

Please make this msg a README.FIRST amongst whatever files you have
for CP; if people want to ask a question of us and don't want to phone
719-520-9899, they can email me, era@ucar.edu.  (email for "citizens"
is supposed to be forwarded to me when our account is finally nuked, but
only The Shadow knows if it will work ...).
