We have been sadly notified by Bud Robins of the Alexander Hamilton
American Legion Post #448 that their long time leader and founder Dr. Paul
Hardman has passed away.

On behalf of the officers, members and friends of the American Federation
of Veterans we extend our deepest heartfelt sympathy to those that are now
experiencing the pain and loss of this great gentleman. Dr. Hardman has
been a long-time proud veteran leader who consistently forged ahead in the
struggle for equality.

This is a turning page in history that mirrors a brave image of courage and
fine leadership that will be missed but not forgotten. May his fond memory
be reflected in our thoughts and prayers during this period of honorable
mourning.
