>> WITHNAIL & I. An email correspondent described the
plot as: "Two sloppy actors in 1969 London drive their
beat-up Jaguar to a rough cottage owned by one's gay
uncle." Airs:
- Thurs. 5/18/95, 6:00 pm, Bravo
- Fri. 5/19/95, 1:30 pm, Bravo

The following shows air once this week as far as I know:

>> THREESOME (CC). Airs Sat. 5/13/95, 8:00 pm, Showtime
cable. Somewhat amusing story about two men and a woman
who become college roommates. The woman is in love with
man #1. Man #1 is in love with man #2. Man #2 is in love
with the woman.

>> THREE OF HEARTS (CC). Airs Sat. 5/13/95, 9:45 pm,
Showtime. Very weird story about a lesbian (Kelly Lynch)
who hires a male gigolo (William Baldwin) to seduce, and
then dump, her bisexual ex (Sherilyn Fenn), in the hope
that the ex will give up on men and return to her.

>> BITTER HARVEST. Airs Sat. 5/13/95, 10:45 pm, Prism.
TV Guide says: "A menage a trois between a naive rancher
(Stephen Baldwin) and two drifters (Jannifer Rubin, Patsy
Kensit)."

>> AND THEN THERE WAS ONE. Airs Sun. 5/14/95, 4:00 pm,
Lifetime cable. TV Guide says: "A couple (Amy Madigan,
Dennis Boutsikaris) face their own mortality when they -
and their infant daughter - are diagnosed with AIDS."

>> PERSONAL BEST. Airs Sun.-Mon., 5/14-15/95, 12:45 am,
Encore cable. 1982 movie starring Mariel Hemingway and
Patrice Donnelly as Olympic track stars and lovers. Most
of the women I know hated this movie because of the
incredibly sexist and offensive male coach.

>> SOAPDISH (CC). Airs Mon. 5/15/95, 1:30 pm, Cinemax.
Sally Field and Kevin Kline star in this 1991 parody of tv
soap operas. One of the many villians is transgendered.

>> AIDS UPDATE. Airs every Monday at 8:00 pm, on Boston
MA's cable channel 3 (public access). From AIDS Action
and the FCHC. Actual show title is uncertain. Note:
Boston area readers should take note of this show; I won't
list it again since I have no access to their airing
schedule.

>> CHICAGO HOPE (CC). Airs Mon. 5/15/95, 10:00 pm, CBS.
Among the plots: "a dying AIDS patient (Obba Babatunde)
hopes Dr. Hancock can arrange a surgical procedure that

bashing - incited from within the force." Also, check out
the brief article on pg. 53 about Dennis Franz (Sipowicz),
