Tia and Tamera Mowry are terrific, so it's too bad that this teen-twin sitcom (which did well enough last spring to earn another shot) is just ordinary. Worse in spots. This week's lesson - that beauty is only skin-deep - is one of tolerance. So why is a stereotypically effeminate beautician an object of derision? Isn't there a mixed message here?
