The following shows air once this week as far as I know:

TV Guide says: "Animals play prominent roles in elaborate

elephant vanishes - and reappears. Also: a visit to

>> PARTY OF FIVE (CC). Airs Mon. 11/7/94, 9:00 pm, Fox.
According to the 11/4 issue of Entertainment Weekly (p.
60): "...when the series returns to its regular time slot
on Nov. 7, Claudia (Lacey Chabert) finds out her violin
teacher is gay".
Note: A correspondent contacted me about one of the
entertainment industry tv magazines that reported on this
show. The report included a brief clip of a "future
episode" (air date uncertain) in which Ross (Michael
Anderson) will tell Claudia that he is gay. Ross is not a
central character, so he may not appear regularly.

>> ELECTION RESULTS: TUESDAY 11/9/94. Late night
election results on the major networks and CNN will
hopefully report on the various anti-gay voter initiatives
around the country, as well as the various openly gay
candidates who are running for office in some areas. If
you don't hear the results on Tuesday night, check
Wednesday, since the referenda questions don't always get
tallied right away.

>> AND THEN THERE WAS ONE. Airs Wed. 11/9/94, 9:00 pm,
Lifetime cable. 1994 made-for-tv movie about a couple
(Amy Madigan and Dennis Boutsikaris) who "face their own
mortality when they - and their infant daughter - are
diagnosed with AIDS." - TV Guide

>> ELEANOR ROOSEVELT: A RESTLESS SPIRIT. Airs Thurs.
11/10/94, 7:00 am (NOT pm!), Arts & Entertainment cable.
No description, so I have no idea if this will address her
relationship with reporter Lorena Hickok.

>> FRIENDS (CC). Airs Thurs. 11/10/94, 8:30 pm, NBC. TV
Guide says: "Monica and Ross mourn the loss of their
grandmother. Meanwhile, Chandler (Matthew Perry) is
haunted by the remarks of a co-worker who thought he was
gay."

>> BITTER HARVEST. Airs Thurs. 11/10/94, 9:00 pm, The
Movie Channel. "A menage a trois between a naive rancher
(Stephen Baldwin) and two drifters (Jennifer Rubin, Patsy
Kensit)." - TV Guide

>> FRASIER (CC). Airs Thurs. 11/10/94, 9:30 pm, NBC. TV
Guide says: "Not knowing that the new station manager is
gay, Frasier (Kelsey Grammer) tries to fix him up with
Daphne (Jane Leeves), but the fellow misconstrues
Frasier's intentions."

*************** CONTINUED FROM NOTE #3 ******************

>> TODAY (CC). Airs Fri. 11/11/94, 7:00 am, NBC. Martina
Navratilova is among the scheduled guests.

>> 20/20 (CC). Airs Fri. 11/11/94, 20:00 pm, ABC.
Barbara Walters interviews gay producer David Geffen.

>> ROSEANNE (CC). Airs Fri. 11/11/94, 11:00 pm, Phila. PA
WGBS ch. 57. May or may not air on syndicated daily
reruns in other viewing areas. Roseanne meddles in Leon's
tiff with his lover about whether or not they should
"straighten up" the house for the visiting parents.

**********************************************************

Also, some folks may be interested in the following:

>> NUNSENSE 2: THE SEQUEL. TV Guide says: "The Little
Sisters of Hoboken, led by Mother Superior Mary Regina
(Rue McClanahan), try to impress a talent scout rumored to
be at their benefit show." I've never seen this show, and
I don't recall any specifically gay content in part 1, but
I'm listing it FYI because this musical series is wildly
popular with gay audiences, and because the various casts
have donated many performances for gay and AIDS-related
fund raising. Airs:
- Thurs. 11/10/94, 9:00 pm, Arts & Entertainment
- Thurs.-Fri., 11/10-11/94, 1:00 am, A&E

>> EVEN COWGIRLS GET THE BLUES is scheduled to reach video
stores about now. What the review in Entertainment Weekly
did NOT tell you is that this movie is chock-full of
lesbian characters. If that isn't enough to warrant
renting it, consider a k.d. lang soundtrack and John Hurt
in drag as "The Countess", a cosmetics queen.
