The 'sponsor' has to sign a form stating that they are a residence of Walnut Creek and have cable TV and would like our Outlook Video show to continue airing. "The City of Walnut Creek mandates that TCI Cablevison must provide a channel for resident ... all programs submitted for playback on Channel 6 must be accompanied by a PETITION FOR PLAYBACK.
