Perhaps this is why one of our reporters has not been able to get a reply
from your office. I'm the producer of THE LAMBDA REPORT, a gay & lesbian TV
broadcast news program. We have been attempting to stop 'The Report' in
California from improperly using our name.

This misunderstanding has caused us some problems. We had hoped that
organizations such as the NGLTF would know us by now. We have been
broadcasting for 3 years. We have helped promote the NGLTF Fight the Right
conferences  that have been held here in Denver. We have interviewed
political figures such as Jesse Jackson, and many entertainers such as Carol
Channing. We have even provided national shows produced by 'Testing the
Limits' and 'Dyke TV' with video footage. In fact, we've interviewed your
former Exec. Director.

I hope this will help everyone understand that there is a Lambda Report in
Colorado that is very gay friendly. We are a TV program. They are a hateful
anti-gay newsletter produced out of California.
