"I can't find THIS WAY OUT on any station in my area ... 
        please get one of them to carry your program!" 

Unfortunately, as an underfunded all-volunteer operation, we just don't have
the resources (human or financial) to promote & market THIS WAY OUT to radio
stations.  We have managed to get on the air in some areas after gay/lesbian
groups lobbied local station(s) to add our program to their weekly broadcast
schedules. 

If there are noncommercial public/community radio stations in your area --
and/or college-based stations -- which sound like they have a real
"grassroots" commitment to news and public affairs programming, you might
consider organizing an effort by the local lesbian/gay community to ask them
to carry our show. 

THIS WAY OUT is available free of charge to stations if they're able to
downlink programming from the Public Radio Satellite System (such as NPR's
"All Things Considered").  Our program is also available on audio cassette
for a nominal charge to cover our costs  ($20 per month to stations in North
America, sent weekly via first class mail;  $30 per month if a station
requests shipment via 2-day priority mail, or to stations overseas). 

If we can provide you with any additional information to assist in local
efforts to get a station to carry THIS WAY OUT, please tell us what you need,
and we'll do our best to get it to you!
