Subject: Gay Prisoner's Column Offered

It's a fantasy that most gay men entertain at one time or another: sex
behind bars. Erotic literature is replete with stories of men trapped in
prisons with no other sexual outlets except other men. But what's it really
like to be a gay man behind bars? Nothing you'd really want to explore.

For over a year now, Brian A. Hill (#124126) has been writing a regular
monthly column called "Bar None" for The Letter, Kentucky's gay, lesbian,
bisexual & transgendered newspaper. Now, we're offering "Bar None" in
syndication to other newspapers nationwide.

Is it possible to find true love in a prison setting? What about the sex:
how good -- or rotten -- is it? What's it like to spend Christmas in jail?
Can you really be openly gay in a place like that -- and feel safe? Hill
looks into these and other issues in what we believe is the only regular
column by a gay prisoner in the US.
