>From Virginia_Tucker.Atl-Dist@xerox.com Mon May 16 18:21:02 1994 The gay organizations at IBM, Kodak and Xerox are hosting a Gay Corporate Employee's Networking Conference in New York on June 25, the week end of the Gaymes and Stonewall 25. The purpose of this is simple. We want the opportunity to learn from other organizations that are involved in gay issues in the workplace, and we want to help each other with our common goals. As a community, our greatest stength is our networks, and we want to help foster that by meeting face to face in an informal setting. This will take place 9 am - 12 at the Gay and Lesbian Community Center in the Village (208 W. 13th St). The Advocate will be providing a continental breakfast, and we are pleased that Ed Mickens, business writer for the Advocate and Karen Wickre, co-chair of Digital Queers, will be guest speakers. Admission is $3, and your group can purchase a table for $10 in advance. If you are interested and would like more information, you are welcome to call Jane Moyer (716- 383-7809, office, or 716-473-5982, home), or e-mail her at jmoye.roch809 xbs.xerox:com.
