The order of the Contingents and groups for the MOW has been decided.

The order is as follows:
	a. Vehicles carring PWA's and disabled.
	b. The banner.
	c. 13 special contingents/causes.
	d. Colorado followed by Oregon
	e. The contingents and remaining states in random order (picked
		out of a hat).  contingent, state, state, contingent,
		state, state, etc.
	f. Bears (they asked to be 2nd to last)
	g. Dykes On Bikes (the asked to be last)
