The conference begins on Friday evening at 7:30 pm with a keynote panel discussion: "Gay and Lesbian Leaders Reflect on Equity in the Workplace" with speakers * Mary Breslauer, Co-host of the Boston area radio program, One in Ten * Carol Johnson, Ordained Minister, Founder of the Harvard AIDS ministries, and a former Captain in the U.S. Army * Ken Reeves, Mayor of Cambridge The Conference continues on Saturday, all day, with plenary sessions and workshops addressing: * Coming Out in the Workplace: Different Voices * Gay, Lesbian & Transgender Youth in the Workplace * Workplace Challenges from the Religious Right * Businesses Which Market to the Gay Community * Being Out with Clients * Working Class Lesbians & Gays: Who Will Represent Us? * The Hows, Whys, & Wherefores of LGBT Employee Groups * Custody Rights, Workplace Rights: The Latest in Justice * Working Lesbian and Gay Parents * Transgender Issues in the Workplace * Coming Out at School: Fears, Costs, and Benefits * Sexism and Homophobia and much more.
