NEW CONFERENCE DATE!!!

"Black Nations/Queer Nations? Lesbian and Sexualities in the African
Diaspora"  announces a new conference date: MARCH 9-11, 1995, at the Graduate
Center of the City University of New York.

The conference organizing committee is continuing to accept submissions of
proposals for papers, presentations and cultural/aesthetic work. Please sen
them to: BNQN, c/o CLAGS, The Graduate Center, CUNY, 33 West 42nd Street, New
York, NY 10036. New deadline: December 1, 1994.

We can see from the proposals submitted thus far that there is a great deal
of excitement about the conference. Proposals review will begin soon, so
expect to hear from us. Registration materials should reach you in October.
