Are you a resident of Texas and interested in meeting other Gay Texans and discussing the issues that affect our lives? If you answered yes to both of the above questions then you belong on the TX-MOTSS mailing list! The TX-MOTSS (Members Of The Same Sex) mailing list was founded in 1995 by Kevin Ellison (nofear@fc.net) as a forum of communication between Gay Texans. The mailing list was turned over to me in October of 1995 when Kevin had to leave the Internet. The mailing list is maintained by Majordomo software at Freeside Communications (fc.net) in Austin Texas. The mailing list is available in both message-by-message format and in digest format. While the main purpose of the mailing list is the discussion of issues that affect Gay Texans a great variety of topcs is allowed. Membership in the list is discouraged for persons who are not residents of the state of Texas but exceptions have and will be made. As of this writing (10-18-95) there are 28 members of the tx-motss-digest list and 116 members of the tx-motss list.
