BiFem-L mailing list for Bi women and Bi-friendly women.  To subscribe, send
a message to listserv@brownvm.brown.edu with no subject line and the
following message body:  SUBSCRIBE BIFEM-L *your full name* You will
receive an acknowledgement of your message, and will later receive a message
welcoming you to the list and explaining how to post messages.  The list
volume is 80-100 messages per day.

A moderated mailing list for women only.  Its purpose is to provide a safe
space primarily for bisexual women.  Subscription messages should be sent to
listserv@brownvm.brown.edu (internet) or listserv@brownvm (bitnet).

Requests for subscription should be directed to LISTSERV at BROWNVM or
LISTSERV at BROWNVM.BROWN.EDU (*not* the list address) and should contain
the following command:

                    SUBSCRIBE BIFEM-L your name

Requests for subscription deletions should also be directed to LISTSERV at
BROWNVM or LISTSERV at BROWNVM.BROWN.EDU (*not* the list address) and
should contain the following command:

                    SIGNOFF BIFEM-L

Postings to the list should be addressed to:

HANDLING MAIL VOLUME


An option is to subscribe instead to the bifem-l digest, otherwise known
as BIFEM-D.  You subscribe to it through Listserv, the same way you would
subscribe to bifem-l.  For bifem-d, all postings for bifem-l (minus any
subscription requests, etc.) are grouped into chunks and sent out several
times a day.  You receive a smaller number of larger postings rather than
many small postings.
