     Conference on Queer Studies: Seizing the Moment

   Help make the virtual conference a reality.  During the 
weekend of March 3-5, 1994, hundreds of gays, lesbians, 
bisexuals, transgender/transsexuals, and those who study 
queer theory, film, literature and life, will be converging 
at the University of Texas at Austin for the 4th National 
Graduate Student Conference on Queer Studies.  We want you to 
be among them.  Join us on IRC--channel #gblf--on Saturday, 
March 5, from 1:30-3:00 pm Texas time.  Talk to conference 
presenters, ask them about their papers, conference 
activities, Austin, themselves.  Tell them about your work, 
interests, life.  Whether you are a graduate or undergraduate 
student, professor or polevaulter, musician or mudslinger, 
filmmaker, physician or farmer, YOU ARE INVITED!

   The conference panel is brought to you by the 4th National 
Graduate Student Conference on Queer Studies, which is 
sponsored by the University of Texas at Austin's Departments 
of English, Classics, and Architecture, the Division of 
Rhetoric and Composition, the Texas Union, the LBJ School of 
Public Affairs, the Center for Mexican American Studies, and 
the Center for Dramatic and Performance Studies among others, 
with support from the Computer Writing and Research Lab.
