Under the direction of the Board, the PM plans, organizes and manages the Triangle Speakers speaker and volunteer programs and handles the organization’s administrative tasks implementing the Board’s adopted work plan and goals. The PM provides leadership and direction to a large number of volunteers and establishes and maintains good working relationships with clients, other staff, Board Members, as well as partner organizations and businesses, and promotes outreach among the diverse populations of the County. Primary outreach objectives include: outreach to new organizations and prospective speakers as well as speaker program diversity and outreach to the Latino community, Latina bisexuals, young women.
