To whom it may concern:

I am developing a program where non-profit HIV/AIDS and GLBT organizations can
have a presence on the internet free of charge. This would include a website
(with a very reasonable ammount of space) as well as a POP3 e-mail account.  I
would even be willing to assist in developing the website, and any other
problems you may encounter if necessary.

I plan on offering the above services free of charge.  (For now, I am planning
on using my own income to run the site.  I am hoping that once I get things
started, people would be willing to make donations to help cover the
expenses.) If you think you may be interested in this, please contact me as
soon as possible (pnoshade@aol.com). I am attempting to find several
interested organizations before I purchase the domain and get set up on the
server.

Feel free to disribute this letter to any other non-profit organizations that
may be interested.
