Helen Raizen asked for the some of the definitions to terms that Ben
and Jerry's used in the letter from them that I posted here yesterday.
Those definitions are appended below.

Definitions:

DEPENDENT

A dependent includes the Employee's Spouse or Named Partner, his or
her unmarried Dependent Children or Named Children over whom legal
guardianship is exercised.

     * Spouse: shall mean your legally married husband or wife.

     * Named Partner: shall mean a person who:
       (1) gives proof that he or she has had the same legal residence
           as the employee for a minimum of three (3) consecutive
           months prior to the date benefits become effective;
       (2) is not a relative of the employee; and
       (3) is approved and recorded by the Administrator.

     * Child: shall mean the employee's unmarried child, stepchild,
       legally adopted child, or a child over whom legal guardianship
       is exercised.  The child must not be employed on a fulltime
       basis where other coverage may be obtained.

     * Named Child: shall mean any unmarried child, not defined
       above, who:
       (1) gives proof that he or she has had the same legal residence
           as the employee for a minimum of three (3) consecutive
           months prior to the date benefits become effective;
       (2) is not a relative of the employee;
       (3) relies on the employee, spouse, or named partner for his
           or her care and general welfare; and
       (4) is not employed on a fulltime basis where other coverage
           may be obtained; and
       (5) is approved and recorded by the Administrator
