APPLE LAMBDA MISSION STATEMENT Apple Lambda is dedicated to fostering value and respect of diversity within the Apple community by increasing visibility and awareness of lesbian and gay employees and their concerns. We combat fear, ignorance and homophobia by serving as a source of support and information for lesbian and gay employees and the company at large. In doing so, we help Apple become a leading edge company in its ability to attract, utilize and retain talented individuals. Apple Lambda seeks to make Apple a safe and supportive work place for all employees, regardless of ethnicity, cultural background, gender, or sexual orientation; and to empower individuals to be open and authentic about themselves in the work place.
