Date: Thu, 13 Jun 1996 10:22:00 -0500 (CDT) From: community Subject: 6TH ANNUAL SOUTHEASTERN LESBIAN, GAY, BISEXUAL COLLEGE CONFERENCE The 6th Annual Southeastern Gay, Lesbian, Bisexual, College Conference is scheduled to be held at Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee from February 14 to 16, 1997 (a Friday to Sunday). This conference is a joint effort by several members of the Tennessee Campus Index to create a conference that will seek to empower the attendees who strive for equality on their campuses and in their communities. The title of the conference is "Equality through Empowerment." The conference is being planned and held by Vanderbilt U., Middle Tennessee State University, East Tennessee State University, and University of Memphis. Following is a list of propsed lectures/workshops that we would like held. Each should last about 1 1/2 hours.
