I'm not sure if this is what you are talking about, but I bought a huge (5
ft x 3ft ?) flag (at Union Station actually!) on my way out of DC, which
is basically a rainbow flag but with the upper left quarter blue with a
field of white stars (as in the US flag).  Put another way, it's the US
flag, but the red & white stripes are replaces by six stripes of the
rainbow flag (red, orange, yellowk, green, blue, violet).  I thought it
was unique.  
I just so happened to get the card of the distributor, and just so happen
to have it on me (I'm at work), so I can pass it along to the Pink Zone
here in Seattle (a store specializing in queer merchndise):
