On that day, we urge you to view a very important nationally televised Conference on HIV/AIDS and the Workplace. Why? Because AIDS is the second leading cause of death in the United States among people age 25-44, and more than half of our Nation's workforce are in this age group. Leading experts from business, labor, and government from across the country will share their experience in developing workplace policies and programs addressing the HIV/AIDS issue at this conference, to be broadcast via satellite Thursday, December 1, from 1pm to 4pm EST. Hosted by Atlanta Mayor Bill Campbell, the event will feature such speakers as Moderator Lou Dobbs, CNN Senior Vice President and Anchor of "Moneyline"; Dr. David Satcher, Director, Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC); Angie Hammock, Director, Business Responds to AIDS and Labor Responds to AIDS, CDC; Enoch Prow, Executive Vice President, NationsBank; Robert Pleasure, Executive Director, Goerge Meany Center for Labor Studies; and William Baumhauer, Chief Executive Officer, DAKA International Inc., (Fuddruckers).
