[CND, 12/20/94] Health officials are calling for nationwide measures to
check blood donors for HIV, Beijing Youth News reported on Monday. Three
blood donors were recently found carrying the AIDS virus, the report said
but did not give any details.  According to AP which also reported on the
incident, a total of 1,453 people have been tested positive for AIDS in
