(APANET)

The Asian-Pacific-American mailing-list is a closed (for subscribers
only), unmoderated (all messages are posted) list that pertains to any
subject of concern to queer Asian-Pacific-Americans (QAPA's).  It is
also open to all parties interested in the same.  The list was set up
as a venue for the free exchange of ideas regardless of subscribers'
sex, gender, orientation, race, ethnicity, age, weight, height,
physical or mental impairment, religion, political affiliation,
aesthetic persuasion or erotic predilection.  It is intended as a
forum for the discussion of social, political, moral, ethical,
spiritual, sexual, medical and all other issues that the subscribers
may care to raise.

APANET is NOT a QAPA-only list but is meant to be open, egalitarian
and non-discriminatory.  Those who do not wish to interact with
non-QAPA's are strongly encouraged to seek their 'SAFE SPACE'
elsewhere.

The list is administered by Gardner Cohen <beldar@rahul.net> who
reserves the right to unsubscribe anyone deemed as transgressing
limits set by the subscribers themselves.  Absolutely no one will be
unsubbed without due process.  The idea and charter for this list are
by Joey Almoradie.
